Astek announces the acquisition of CATEP, a consulting company specialized in project management and mainly in OPX2 and Niku integration.
In 2006, CATEP achieved a turnover of € 5.6M (an organic growth of 80%) with an operational result above 10%, and features a team of 80 consultants.
CATEP headquarters are located in Toulon. The company is also present in the Parisian Region and caters for various clients such as the DCN, Total, SAIPEM, EDF, Air Liquide...
CATEP managers will maintain the development of their company within the Group.
